Weekly Schedule:  1st and 2nd Graders, Tues and Thurs 6:00 - 7:15 
                                   3rd thru 8th Graders, Tues and Thurs 7:15 - 8:30 

Sessions are only held when the school is open.  If all after school activies are cancelled due to weather this includes the Youth Program

Location:                  Commack High School Wrestling Room
Fees:                       $100* + $25 participation fee**    
Registration:            In-person on November 29th Registration Form

All wrestlers must obtain a current USA Wrestling Card; go to http://www.usawmembership.com/ to apply/renew--

*fee includes registration and Claw Club tee shirt
**participation fee must be a separate $25 check, which will be returned to you after  participation requirement is met; participation requires one adult family member to sign-up to help set-up and mop the mats for at least one practice.
